  3. STEP 03

    Collection and transit

Loads are checked, secured and photographed at collection, then tracked through to destination.

Why operators contract Masarat Bridge

Contracted equipment

Capacity is held under contract rather than brokered load by load, so a booking is not exposed to the spot market.

One point of accountability

Transport, storage and distribution sit with one operator. A delay is answered by the team that controls the next step.

Documentation for tenders

Licences, insurance and compliance records are maintained to procurement audit standard and issued on request.

Dispatch on call

The dispatch desk answers around the clock, including weekends and public holidays.

Container port from the air
OUR COMMITMENT

When a route closes, the cargo still moves

The Strait of Hormuz closed and Gulf port calls went with it. Contracted capacity on both coasts, four border crossings and warehouse space at either end of the trunk routes are what turn a closed lane into a longer one instead of a stopped one.

Operational questions

Rates are quoted per route against declared weight, equipment type and ready date. Contracted volumes are priced on an annual schedule; one-off movements are quoted per booking.

Give us the route and the ready date.

Rates are returned within four working hours.
